The shipping option that is available for use at checkout is dependent on which country is specified in your user account.
For all orders (and preorders), you can specify to either pay the amount personally at our shop or use Paypal during checkout.
Regular customers will have their deposit amounts waived on a case-to-case basis.
Please take note that we will not process your orders until we receive your deposit payment.
If payment is not received within 1 week from your pre-order date, your orders will be cancelled.
Arrival dates of our products varies according to manufacturing schedule and delivery.
We will be unable to answer questions regarding when your orders will arrive or how much the actual cost will be as we will not have the information on hand to provide you.

Regarding the 'Pay in Full' optionThe 'Pay in Full' purchasing option is our way of providing you, our valued customer, another alternative to pay for goods from our online store.
Instead of having to pay a preorder deposit, and then pay the remainder when the item arrives a few months later, you can opt to pay in full for the item now.
If you choose to pay in full for the item now, you can safeguard against unexpected price increases when the item is finally released. Should the final price of the item be higher than what you already paid, you won't need to pay the difference!
The price for the Pay in Full option is only applicable if you pay in full before Pre-order closing date, it is not applicable if you opt for the pay deposit first and pay the balance later.

For Pre-orders with Deposits
For all pre-orders with deposits, please take note that we will do our utmost best to contact you upon the arrival of your pre-order. We will SMS you, email you and make a post on our facebook about uncollected items. However, due to limited space, we will only hold the items for a maximum of 2 weeks. If we are unable to contact you by then, your item will be released for sale and your deposit forfeited.
For Pre-orders made with FULL PAYMENT
The same points apply. We will do our utmost to contact you via SMS, email and posting on our facebook about collection. However, if you do not collect your item within a period of 1 month and we do not receive any further word or instructions from you, please note that we reserve the right to put your item out for sale and your pre-payment forfeit. Should you require us to KEEP the item for you for more than 1 month period, KKnM at its own discretion may choose to charge a fee for space occupied during the period we are to keep the figurine.
